If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
10. LOYALTY CARD SCHEME
The Loyalty Card Scheme is only available for purchases in the Emporium and Kiln Café and not for online purchases.
- A minimum of £10 must be spent in a single transaction to qualify for a stamp
- Multiple stamps can be collected for every £10 spent in a single transaction
- Stamps can be collected on qualifying purchases made in the Emporium & Kiln Café
- The card must be presented at the time of purchase, stamps cannot be added at a later date
- Points cannot be earned on the purchase of gift vouchers or pottery courses
- Lost, stolen, damaged or defaced cards will not be replaced
- £5 voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue
- Individual gift voucher terms and conditions apply
Grayshott Pottery reserves the right to amend or withdraw the card and or loyalty scheme at any time without prior notification.
